As a West Point graduate and career Army officer, Dr. Tony Jimenez had lived his entire life according to his alma mater’s motto: Duty, Honor, Country. So when he set out to create a company, he wanted to build something different. He wanted to focus on more than the bottom line and continue to contribute to our nation. Before ever deciding what JRC would do, he first defined who JRC was. In 2003, Dr. Jimenez founded JRC with the same core values we have today: Family, Excellence, and Integrity. Committed to a vision of being the most trusted provider to achieve our nation’s most challenging goals, JRC began supporting Missile Defense Agency (MDA) with System Engineering and Programmatic support in 2003. A few years later, after recognizing the expertise JRC provided, Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) sought JRC’s support with complex systems engineering and integration engineering support.

While our technical expertise remains mission focused, we have rapidly increased our reach across multiple government agencies, contributing to some of our nation’s most important defense programs, leading technological expertise designed to advance our strategic deterrent & defense capability. JRC has more than 250 employees operating across the country out of six JRC offices and multiple government locations across more than 30 states. Growing with purpose, JRC is committed to providing the best value support to our customers. We are uniquely positioned to exercise commercial solutions and customize them to support the strategic deterrence & defense mission. Our expertise has contributed to the Columbia Class submarine, and we’re expanding efforts to include hypersonics and upgraded precision propulsion capability, as well as developing a Hardware-In-The-Loop Integrated Test Facility.

We will continue to lead technology innovation and resiliency when it comes to successfully pioneering the defense landscape, charting new pathways in artificial intelligence and  microelectronics to successfully tackle next generation challenges with speed and credibility, while reducing cost. We will continue to choose our pursuits based on our ability to successfully partner with new customers and new partners. We look for gaps that require our core capabilities, and we ensure our ability to deliver sustained, superior performance for our partners.
