JRC Promotes Biancia Mozer to JRC Manager, Conventional Test Facility Section

January 8th, 2026

JRC Integrated Systems is proud to announce the promotion of Biancia Mozer to Manager of the Conventional Test Facility Section within JRC's Missiles & Space Division.

Based out of JRC’s Kings Bay, Georgia office, Biancia will lead the Conventional Test Facility Section, providing management, technical oversight, and coordination across complex test and launch infrastructure efforts supporting key government customers. Her role reflects both the critical nature of the work her teams perform and the trust she has earned as a leader within JRC and among government partners.

Since joining JRC in 2022, Biancia has played a pivotal role in advancing major test facility initiatives, including leadership support for conventional test and launch site operations across multiple locations. Over the past three and a half years, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to balance technical rigor, operational discipline, and customer collaboration, earning recognition as a trusted Test Manager and primary external liaison for several high-visibility efforts.

Biancia’s leadership was instrumental in the successful completion of a multi-phase Launch Test Stand Enclosure test series, delivering critical data and insights that supported the advancement of next-generation strike capabilities. She continues to oversee the coordination and tracking hardware deliverables, ensuring schedule alignment and operational readiness while proactively managing evolving program demands.

Prior to joining JRC, Biancia served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, completing tours aboard two ships and later serving as an Assistant Training Department Head at a Littoral Combat Ship Surface Division in Mayport, Florida. She is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, bringing a strong foundation of leadership, operational experience, and strategic perspective to her role.

When asked about her career journey at JRC, Biancia shared:

“When I left the Navy, I worried that I would have trouble finding an organization that served a purpose higher than its own bottom line. To find a business that understands when you care for your people and serve the missions of your programs, everything else falls into place, is invaluable.”

Outside of work, Biancia enjoys spending time with her family and staying active. When she’s not in the office, you can find her glamping and boating with her family, attending Jacksonville Jaguars games, or ferrying her kids to various extracurricular activities.

Please join us in congratulating Biancia Mozer on this well-deserved promotion and wishing her continued success as she takes on this expanded leadership role at JRC.
